Assistant Branch Manager

 As the Assistant Branch Manager you will provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to their team in Shepparton.

About the role

• Ensuring that customers receive a high level of service throughout all interactions with the Shepparton Branch.
  


• Working closely with the Branch team to ensure exceptional service and seamless experience is provided to all customers.
  


• Providing day-to-day operational assistance and support to a great team.
  


• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders across residential, commercial and industrial projects.
  


• Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
  


• Ensuring compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
  


• Working closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and processes.
  

Requirements

• A background in Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience is highly regarded.
  


• You have previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for technical sales support and operational excellence.
  


• You are career driven, ambitious and you are passionate about all things electrical.
  


• You have an entrepreneurial flair and previous experience in leading or mentoring a team.
