Assistant Club/Member Sales Manager - Full Time- Surge Fitness Wanneroo - Hiring Immediately

Surge Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate & highly motivated Assistant Club/Sales Manager for our Wanneroo health club facility. 

Located in Perth's CBD and Northern Corridor, Surge Fitness has established itself as one of Perth's most successful health club operators and prides itself on providing it's members with the most innovative training environment Perth has to offer! 

As an Assistant Club Manager, you will get to apply a hands-on approach, leading from the front with a focus on member engagement, delivering on service standards and driving goal performance in member growth and sales. 

The Assistant Club/Membership Sales Manager is responsible for:

• Planning strategic outreach and In-club lead generation plans.
• Available to work a club business hours Mon-Sat 7AM-7PM
• Personally contribute to the clubs daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and minimum performance criteria.
• Manage and facilitate all aspects of prospect tours, sales presentations and assist new members during our onboarding process.
• Motivating the team to deliver the daily, weekly & monthly sales goals
• Identify key initiatives & events to acquire qualified leads and build brand awareness.
• Actively pursue new corporate & business to business relationships.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, driven & engaging sales team who are passionate about making a difference, changing lives & building healthy communities
• Update the sales tracking tools - Boards, spreadsheets and applications
• Achieving the monthly sales targets as set by the company
• Actively working as part of the sales team, achieving the required portion of the sales budget

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience essential, with sales management experience in a health or fitness club being preferred
• An entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Personal passion for people & health and fitness.
• Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.

This is an excellent earning opportunity with OTE of up to $83,000
