Assistant Development Manager - Built-Form - Generous Compensation

Our client is a Perth based, ASX listed Property Developer and one of the industries most respected and successful brands. This foresight has seen their diverse national portfolio flourish regardless of tough markets across the country.

This same mindset sees them moving with the market and focusing on a balance of Masterplanned subdivisions, grouped housing projects as well as high density infill and Transit Orientated Developments (TOD) in their pipeline.
  
Due to continued growth and ongoing acquisitions of new projects across WA, our client is seeking to engage experienced and professional Assistant Development Manager to join the team working on the development of built-form projects.

To be considered you will have the following:

• You will hold a property related University Qualification or be working towards.
• At least co-managed a stage or a built form project from design to completion.
• Sound knowledge of the development process including planning and approvals, construction, project management, sales, and marketing.
• Undertaken due diligence on sites for acquisition.
• Be confident, self-driven and have strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead, guide and influence. 
• Capable of preparing accurate and succinct monthly project reports
• Energetic and engaging nature to ensure fit with team culture.
