The Developments Division operates as an independent division of the Momentum Wealth Group.  The division undertakes larger scale syndicated built form development projects as part of the Westbridge Funds Management business.   

Our residential development portfolio includes 16+ projects at a combined value of $290m+ at various stages of development. 

Development is a key service within the suite of core property investment services provided by the Momentum Wealth Group. The Development Division is highly valued both by clients and other team members. It complements our services and extends our focus of creating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

 

THE ROLE

 

Reporting to the Head of Developments & the Development Managers you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Developments Division in all aspects of the acquisition, management and end to end delivery of profitable and beneficial development projects. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assistance with acquisitions and due diligence.
  • Preparation and management of project programmes
  • Cash flow and development feasibility preparation and management. 
  • Planning and management of project budgets.
  • Preparation and implementation of project marketing strategies and the sales process.
  • Project reporting, including reporting against project financial and performance metrics of and project deliverables. 
  • Oversee the construction process and provide the client & investor relevant feedback as required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) – Property, Business or related disciplines

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for property investment and adding value to property.
  • A proven ability to commit and remain focused on tasks and goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and see the bigger companywide picture.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Committed to working with and developing procedures and processes.
  • Highly-developed communication skills with a sound grasp of emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in dealing with sophisticated investors and professionals.
  • Confidence to make decisions and use initiative to find solutions when necessary.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant IT Applications and equipment / Tech Savvy.
  • Experience with financial and project feasibility modelling. 
  • Good understanding of feasibility modelling highly regarded and ideally also experience in Estate Master, Feastudy or other cashflow modelling software.
