The Position:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Director to join our dynamic Seaforth campus. In this role, you will support our team with daily operations, drive results towards our business and operational goals, and provide mentorship to our team.

Key Duties:
  • Lead and mentor our campus team member with daily operations, admin and educational assistance.
  • Priorities the health and safety of all children on campus
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of our services through observation, evaluation, and feedback.
  • Work closely alongside Centre Director to forester positive relationships with the team, broader community and the families.
  • Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations
  • Assist in budget development and monitor financial performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Diploma or above qualification in Early Childhood Education with NESA teaching accreditation (or equivalent approved teaching qualifications – ACECQA)  
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • Previous leadership experience, Room Leader, Education Leader, AD 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Current Working with Childrens Check
  • Completion of First Aid and Child Protection Training highly regarded
