Assistant Financial Accountant

As we are growing, we are keen to recruit result oriented, dynamic, and driven Assistant Financial Accountant to join our finance team on full time permanent position. We are looking for suitable candidate who is keen to learn and be passionate about accounts. You will ideally have some previous accounting experience, with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy. This is a pivotal role, work closely with Finance Manager and contribute overall to manage finance, accounts and payroll related tasks.

Working closely as part of a dynamic team, duties will include, but not limited to:

• Processing weekly trading reconciliation for AU & NZ branches



• Accurately process invoices and payments, ensuring timely completion



• Accurately process payroll for AU & NZ, in conjunction with timesheet management platform



• Communicate effectively with suppliers and contractors, handling queries in a timely manner



• Processing cash order payments



• Assist with company credit cards reconciliation




• Answering internal and external general queries


• Assist with Finance Manager as required

• You have valid working rights to work in Australia
  
  



• 
  2+ years of experience proving office administration & Accounting skills
  



• Perusing CPA/CA is an advantage



• Relevant tertiary education



• Strong verbal and written communication skills



• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team



• Skilled in MS Excel and Word


• Great attention to detail



• Self-motivated with initiative to solving problems
