Assistant Hotel Manager - Hiring Urgently

Due to an internal promotion, the Corrimal Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive the business forward. We are in an exciting phase with a new outdoor rooftop bar to be created in the next 6 months, so we need energy, skill and teamwork as key attributes.

Ideally the successful candidate will already be holding a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, and is looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities will include rostering, stock control, ordering and floor Supervision.

Key skills are TAB, Keno and Gaming machine operations and maintenance.

Experience with high volume food and beverage is a must.
