CapellaBay , a 133 bed residential aged care facility located in the heart of Capalaba . The quiet waters of the Bay are a haven for boating and fishing enthusiasts, as well as family day’s out and shopping centres, schools and medical centres are just around the corner from the residence.

As an Assistant in Nursing you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The role:

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
• Experience in care role highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• 2024 Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
