About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced AIN/Community Support Workers to join our Rubies Team! The role is focused on supporting NDIS participants to continue living at home and accessing the community. Due to the nature and complexity of the individual's support needs, applicants must be able to demonstrate strong industry knowledge and communication skills. We have worked in community, hospitals and aged care.

* Personal care and mobility assistance
* Medication administration and clinical documentation
* Assist with NDIS goals and creative thinking to maximise their quality of life
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Experience

* First Aid certificate and CPR

* WWC Card and NDIS worker screening check

* Car with Full Comprehensive Insurance and Drivers Licence For Disability Worker

* Comprehensive understanding of Duty of Care and Scope of Practice

* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or relevant qualification is desired

* NDIS worker orientation module
