About the Role:

We're looking for AIN's and PCA's to take on casual shifts, providing exceptional care in and around [Location]. This role offers the flexibility of casual shifts, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance while making a difference in the healthcare industry.

  • Day: $35.83phr
  • Afternoon: $39.41p/h
  • Night: $40.13 p/h
  • Saturday: $50.16 p/h
  • Sunday: $57.33 p/h

• Dedicated Support - Receive guidance through the registration process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' experience working as an AIN or PCA in aged care settings (Mandatory)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Completed Cert 3 or 4 in Individual Support or Aged Care
• Access to a car or reliable transportation
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• WWC Check
• Current National Police Check (Must be within 3 years from date of receipt)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
• Assistance with domestic tasks.
• Providing care in accordance with their individualized care plan.
• Supporting community based recreational and social activities.
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
