W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring an Assistant In Room Dining Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an operationally driven leader looking for a new adventure. The right candidate will be passionate, driven, and an experienced Food & Beverage guru ready to take charge and assist with all things In Room Dining and Mix Bar. Get ready to set the stage for epic and unforgettable experiences through room amenities and deliveries! You will be responsible for, but no limited to;

• Assist with the daily operation of the In Room Dining Department and B&F operations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution 


• Personally assist all guests by delivering on our Whatever/Whenever service promise 


• Ensures compliance with all Room Service policies, standards, and procedures 


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure  


• Helps to manage the delivery of amenity packages and VIP gifts


• Conduct pre-service briefings with staff including: Group movement, guest feedback, GVV, VIPs, and product knowledge


• A great understanding of, and adhere to, financial controls and administrative responsibilities


• Identify training opportunities and assist the Assistant Beverage & Food Manager in training Talent according to W standards


• Lead the team to be their best every day and maintain a positive work culture
