Assistant Manager

What will your day look like?

As an Assitant Manager, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Grow the business by driving new customer acquisition and identifying profitability opportunities.


• Increase share of wallet through targeted analysis and insight‑led sales activities.


• Support cross‑selling by partnering closely with product teams for client solutions.


• Maintain strong portfolio management, ensuring timely monitoring, reporting, and documentation.


• Deliver on personal development goals to maximise performance.


• Foster a customer‑centric culture through effective collaboration with stakeholders.


• Adhere to ANZ compliance, risk, and credit policy requirements at all times.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong understanding of financial analysis and the structuring of security arrangements.


• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.


• Proven customer service capability (internal and external), with strong relationship‑building skills.


• Demonstrated negotiation abilities.


• Strong interpersonal qualities, including confidence, professionalism, integrity, and a high level of accountability.
