Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager, Corporate to join our Operations Team at Marvel Stadium. As Assistant Manager, you will support the delivery of premium corporate hospitality experiences, leading day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service and memorable guest experiences for clients, members, and corporate partners. • Oversee and support the delivery of corporate hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution across premium suites, member spaces, and corporate events
• Lead service delivery across corporate hospitality areas, maintaining high standards and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction, drive commercial outcomes, and strengthen Marvel Stadium's premium hospitality offering
• Uphold the highest customer service standards, ensuring all operations are delivered in line with established procedures and brand expectations
• Support day-to-day venue operations during peak periods, working closely with leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of events and corporate hospitality experiences

• Proven leadership experience in a corporate environment  
• Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals  
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate  
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
