Assistant Manager - Dolly

EMBR Hospitality is searching for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Dolly. 

Dolly is a suburban wine bar located in Unley. It focuses on food, wine, cocktails, and high-end service in a relaxed format. It operates five days a week, Wednesday through Saturday, with the occasional function on Sundays.

We seek a passionate and driven hospitality professional to join us full-time (or Part-time for the right person). Our senior management team will support the candidate as they oversee staff, focusing on team culture, communication, and training. 

Must Haves:

• A passion for hospitality
• Outgoing Personality
• Experience in Food & Bar Service
• Wine & Cocktail knowledge
• RSA & RP Badge
• Awesome customer service skills

Experience in all hospitality operations is essential, and previous experience in a management or supervisory position is required.
