This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Club as an Assistant Manager (Full Time Position) and take the next step in your hospitality career.

Club Kilsyth (Located at Bayswater North) is one of Melbourne's premier Clubs, with facilities including bistro, bars, function rooms, gaming and wagering. We pride ourselves on our customer service, exemplary venue presentation and professional work environment.

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar hospitality industry role. The salary for this position is negotiable, dependent on experience and demonstration of previous goals / KPI's achieved. The job role will require you to demonstrate the following abilities: 

• Confidently handle day-to-day operations of a hospitality venue
• Ensure high level of customer service is delivered, through leading by example and effective delegation
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude, strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Delivery of staff training in accordance with Club policies
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products

Preferably, the right candidate would have experience with:

• Vectron / Bepoz Point of Sale System
• System 1 /  eBET loyalty experience and hands on skills in gaming operations

The successful applicant must hold the following current accreditations:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Responsible Service of Gambling
• Food Handlers Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Victorian Gaming Licence
• TAB Wagering
