As our practice continues to grow, we're seeking high-calibre Assistant Managers through to Senior Managers to join our collaborative, high-performing team on the beautiful Central Coast.

We're seeking Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of their careers within a leading professional services firm.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across accounting and tax
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships and delivering strategic insights
- Review complex financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to workflow management, quality outcomes, and team performance
- Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
- Play an active role in shaping team culture and the continued success of the Gosford office
About you: - CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level within public practice
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Confidence in managing client relationships and leading conversations
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others
- A proactive mindset and desire to grow with the firm
