We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Manhattan Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.  A venue that’s all about great food, epic drinks, live sport and pumping events!

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
• Make sure every guest walks away with a smile (and probably a full belly)
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, hitting targets and kicking goals
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches by rolling up your sleeves and jumping in wherever needed, bar, floor, functions or operations
• Leading from the front: inspiring and supporting our talented teams.
• Driving events, functions, and promotions to keep the venue buzzing.
  
   

About you:

• You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and have leadership skills to match
• You live for hospitality and have the energy, passion and personality that makes it work
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You thrive in a social, team driven atmosphere and want to make an impact with everything you already know and also what you learn
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
