Assistant Manager - Operations - Competitive Pay

You will have the ability to:

• Drive business performance through the effective leadership of people and strong management of all operations
• Deliver high-performing teams with strategy development and execution by implementation of positive change
• Comprehensively manage retail, QSR and hospitality and catering operations
• Streamline and manage large-scale, multi-venue food and beverage operations working within a large company format
• Maximise stakeholder relationships and partnership behaviours to support the achievement of departmental and client business goals
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify market needs, then develop and execute service structure to drive customer acquisition and experience
• Manage KPI’s, budgets and P&L, including driving significant cost savings to achieve optimal financial performance
• Hands on recruitment of your team
• Lead, develop and mentor teams by fostering an engaged, motivated, agile, and adaptable workforce
• Mobilise new business operations

What we are looking for in a candidate: 

We will be considering candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience within a similar role of 3+ years
• Experience in mobilising and overseeing new store/outlet openings
• Proven experience within the hospitality industry and multi-site management
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (desirable but not essential)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation (Mandatory)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Mandatory)
• Committed to continuous improvement, actively promoting innovation and best practice, constantly seeking feedback
• Sound understanding of Western Australian liquor licensing
