About the Position:
For this dynamic operational role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses a great passion for hospitality, strong people leadership skills and multi-brand operational experience. You will have the ability to:
- Drive business performance through the effective leadership of people and strong management of all operations
- Deliver high-performing teams with strategy development and execution by implementation of positive change
- Comprehensively manage retail, QSR and hospitality and catering operations
- Streamline and manage large-scale, multi-venue food and beverage operations working within a large company format
- Maximise stakeholder relationships and partnership behaviours to support the achievement of departmental and client business goals
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify market needs, then develop and execute service structure to drive customer acquisition and experience
- Manage KPI’s, budgets and P&L, including driving significant cost savings to achieve optimal financial performance
- Hands on recruitment of your team
- Lead, develop and mentor teams by fostering an engaged, motivated, agile, and adaptable workforce
- Mobilise new business operations
What we are looking for in a candidate:
We will be considering candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience within a similar role of 3+ years
- Experience in mobilising and overseeing new store/outlet openings
- Proven experience within the hospitality industry and multi-site management
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (desirable but not essential)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation (Mandatory)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Mandatory)
- Committed to continuous improvement, actively promoting innovation and best practice, constantly seeking feedback
- Sound understanding of Western Australian liquor licensing
