Queens Beach Hotel is nestled in the stunning Whitsundays region, our hotel is a cornerstone of the local community, offering a prime location just steps from the beautiful Queens Beach.

This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career, leading a vibrant team in a truly idyllic location. As a key member of our management, you'll play a crucial role in daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a lifestyle that combines professional growth with the relaxed, coastal charm of Bowen

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

About you:

• You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
• You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
