Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Assistant Manager (2IC) to work with us to keep our Nambour store running like a well oiled machine!

About the role:

As 2IC you will lead by example and are responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent standards in the following areas:

• Customer Service – provide solutions and lead best customer service practice at all times.


• Merchandising – drive store sales through inventory management and store presentation.


• Teamwork - coaching and support your team to achieve store goals and objectives together.


• Product knowledge – provide expert advice on our extensive range of products.


• Problem Solving - handling escalated queries and concerns in a way that leaves our customers grinning.

About you:

As a key player in our team, you will need to demonstrate initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver great communication and customer service. Previous experience in the Hardware industry or in the Retail Sector is an advantage with experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar 2IC position.

We are seeking a positive person with high energy who demonstrates a ‘hands on’ approach to customer service.
