About the role

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive Assistant Manager to join the friendly & professional team at the newly renovated Benowa Tavern. 

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate:

• Proven success in a hospitality role or similar
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
• Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills
• Current OLGR approved RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved manager's licence
• Stock control skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of staff
• The desire to succeed and build a career within the hospitality industry

Availability for shifts including days, nights and weekends is a must.

Your ability to deliver and maintain a customer experience that is of a consistently high service standard will see you excel in this position. As will the ability to lead a team and pass your skills and knowledge onto keen hospitality people seeking a career within this industry.
