Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an ambitious, energetic Trade Sales 2IC to join our team at our Noosa Trade store. As 2IC you will lead by example and are responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent standards in the following areas:

The Role

• Customer Service, assisting clients with selection of general building products


• Unloading & storage of Heavy & Light Timbers & Building materials


• Picking Orders


• Counter Sales


• Teamwork - coaching and support your team to achieve store goals and objectives together.


• Product knowledge – provide expert advice on our extensive range of products.


• Problem Solving - handling escalated queries and concerns in a way that leaves our customers grinning.

Ideally you will have

• Knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector


• Forklift license (or ability to attain prior to start)


• Manual Drivers License


• Self-motivated with a strong team focus. 


• Excellent Customer Service
