The Role

Outsourced Doers is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Media Buyer to assist our media buyer across digital platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

This in-house digital marketing position is ideal for candidates who are driven by optimising advertising strategies in a fast-paced environment, directly contributing to our success.

This is a great role for someone that wants the opportunity to grow and learn from a fast paced marketing team. 

This is a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Media Buying Implementation: Implement strategies across key digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Market Research: Utilise analytics to identify trends and opportunities in digital advertising.
• Campaign Management: Assist the media buyer to adjust digital campaigns to ensure peak performance.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful analysis on campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
• CRM Management- Build digital campaigns in our CRM. 

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in media buying, especially on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for digital marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and as part of a global team.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and media buying.
