Our client is a major volume franchised dealership located in Southport. They have a vacancy for an Assistant New Car Sales Manager, the role would suit a current Senior Sales Consultant, with experience in selling a high volume brand, looking to step up. The dealership offers excellent conditions, strong selling brand, a friendly atmosphere and career progression opportunities through a policy of promotion from within. The dealership is closed on Sundays and an 10 day fortnight roster applies.

Applicants for this role will need to have previous dealership sales experience and be seeking a stable, long term role. Strong sales, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills will be needed, along with the energy and drive to follow up every lead. You will need to possess strong leadership skills and be able to train and mentor junior sales staff. In return your contribution to the success of the dealership will be appreciated and well rewarded.

Salary will consist of a retainer of $60k (negotiable for strong applicants), generous, multi faceted commission structure, super and your choice of a car or a car allowance. OTE should reach $120k+
