Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their Infrastructure Planning Division.

What you'll do:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the infrastructure planning division. You will be involved in various stages of project management, from preliminary evaluations to detailed business cases. Your ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other staff members and external consultants, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Your commitment to maintaining high levels of communication and building strong partnerships will directly contribute to achieving project objectives.
Assist the Project Leads (Senior Project Managers) in the development of Preliminary Evaluations, Detailed Business Cases, and Ministerial Infrastructure Designations for new schools planning unit
Provide support across multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Liaise as necessary with internal and external stakeholder groups and agencies
Work collaboratively with other staff members and external consultants
Build and maintain high levels of communication and collaborative partnerships with internal units and external agencies to facilitate achievement of project objectives
What you bring:

2-5 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant project environment experience
Ability to solve problems independently while being comfortable working autonomously
Great ability to take instruction but able to use initiative
Experience working across multiple projects, demonstrating agility
High level of integrity, honesty, and flexibility
Project orientated rather than task orientated mindset with ability to see the bigger picture
Excellent documentation experience and ability
