About the role

We are in search of self-motivated Assistant property manager to join our growing team.

Assist open for inspection once every 3-4 weeks

Duties

Assist property manager in:

Portfolio management;
Application processing & coordinate move in;
Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals;
Repairs and Maintenance;
Liaise with renter, rental provider, contractors;
General administrative task

Required skills/experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
An ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads;
A proactive and positive attitude;
A current Real Estate License / Certificate of Registration;
Valid Victorian driving license
