About the Role 

Due to ongoing company growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for an APM to join their team. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships and offering top-tier service.

The Duties

• Work alongside a team of experienced Property Managers
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Assisting with repairs and maintenance 
• Administration and in-house duties as required
• Assist with inspections & open homes 

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 months industry experience
• Experience in Property Me - advantageous 
• Initiative and a passion for the industry
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service
• Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
