Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager member due to growth within the business.

The Role:

As their new Assistant Property Manager, you will be given the opportunity to work within an experienced team to learn the ropes of the industry and best practice. 

• Assist with management of Tenant inquiries and maintenance requests via web, phone, email, and walk-ins
• Conduct Open for inspections where needed
• Conduct Routine Inspections
• Processing of Tenancy Applications
• General Ad hoc and admin support for the Property Management Department 
• Salary up to $70,000 depending on experience

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience is desired or transferable customer service experience
• Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL 
• Hunger for success and a 'can-do' attitude
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
