Our Opportunity This opportunity has arisen thanks to an internal transfer, allowing you to step into a pivotal role reporting directly to the General Manager. Known internally as the Resident Experience Manager, this full-time position offers scope for creativity, a mentorship program in leadership and people management, and exposure to a national network or property professionals.
The Property Situated in the desirable suburb of Kangaroo Point, this exceptional property offers luxurious amenities and high-quality living spaces, just steps away from Brisbane CBD, South Bank Parklands, and the iconic Story Bridge. The BTR complex consists of an impressive selection of 200 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses. Amenity areas include podium pool, gym, private dining rooms, games room, BBQ terraces and 360-degree unobstructed views of the Brisbane CBD and beyond.
Your responsibilities The primary duties include handling all resident-related inquiries, general property management, planning and executing community events, preparing ingoing and exit condition reports, managing move-ins and move-outs, conducting routine inspections, providing assistance to the leasing team, communicating notices required under relevant legislation, and performing administrative duties.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents
- Ensure apartment turnaround times are in conjunction with targeted KPIs, ensuring routine inspections and repairs are carried out prior to move out
- Assist with the day-to-day property management of apartments
- Be thoroughly familiar with the management agreement and manage the property to achieve all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct and complete routine inspections and reports within required timeframes
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
- Champion the Resident Community Engagement Plan, assisting with the planning and execution of community events in collaboration with the wider team and General Manager (GM)
- Implement engagement strategy for resident app to ensure high levels of usage and engagement
- Ensure accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for occupancy fee and sundries
- Assist the leasing function on a day-to-day basis, escalating any issues to the GM
Our mandatory requirements include:
- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or full QLD Real Estate License to conduct Real Estate Business
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
