• Supporting the Senior Property Manager on a portfolio based around Coogee, Fremantle, Yangebup & Applecross areas.
• Showing potential tenants through properties and processing lease applications
• No routines or PCR's (outsourced)
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional A/H's leasing (rare but time off in lieu) - incredibly flexible office

• Previous experience as an Assistant PM or Leasing Agent, or you may be a Real Estate administrator with the right attitude that is wanting to step up
• Current PM Registration, drivers license
• Desire to become a property manager or business development manager down the track
• IT savy to navigate yourself around systems & streamline processes

• $65,000 - $70,000 + Super + Fuel
