Assistant Property Manager - Maintenance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you as we are currently seeking someone to join our small dynamic team!

Our company has been established for 21 years and is a firm that specialises solely in residential and commercial property management and consultancy.

We strive to provide exceptional experiences for all of our clients (owners and tenants) with a strong commitment to professionalism and innovation.

A background in Real Estate and a Property Management licence are essential for this role.

Our residential property management department is tasked based as we believe this provides the best service to our clients. Our staff are chosen for their individual strengths which creates a great team environment.

This role handles all maintenance requests and is our tenant liaison position. It also includes leasing and bond finalisation (inspections are done for you) so own car and current driver's licence are essential.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in Property Management and a current Property Management licence are both essential
Exceptional attention to detail
Time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Good conflict resolution skills
Well presented
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Good computing skills (Office365, REST, VaultRE etc)
