MSR Talent are working with an extremely high performing Real Estate Agency based in the Eastern Suburbs, who are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their team.
The Role: - Supporting a productive Property Manager & Head of Department across a portfolio of circa 300 properties
- Provide an exceptional customer focus towards landlords and tenants
- Property maintenance - liaising with both tenants and trades
- Bond management
- Rent Increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals
- Handing over and checking in keys, preparing annual statements
- Prepare property condition reports (ingoing, outgoing and periodic)
- Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords and owners regarding prospective tenants, agreements, repairs and tenancy termination
- Arranging maintenance and repairs to properties which are to be carried out expeditiously, economically and to an acceptable standard

The Candidate: - Car & drivers license
- Must have a valid Certificate Of Registration OR Real Estate License
- Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Live within close proximity to the Eastern Suburbs
- Able to establish rapport with people
- Organised and articulate
- Positive attitude
- Full working rights in Australia
