Your new role
Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you will provide day-to-day support across a residential portfolio, helping ensure properties, tenancies and client enquiries are managed efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Assisting with routine inspections, entry and exit reports
• Supporting lease renewals, tenancy applications and new tenant onboarding
• Assisting with arrears follow-up and tenancy administration
• Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe
• Following up outstanding tasks and escalating issues when required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will be organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring:

• Previous experience in property management, real estate administration or a busy customer service environment
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage changing priorities
• A current driving licence
• A Queensland real estate registration certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express will be highly regarded
