Sue's Burgers and Shakes is a new, exciting venue at South City Square precint at Woolloongabba. Sue's is looking for an experienced kitchen based Assistant Restaurant or Venue Manager to assist with day to day operations.
What does this role involve?
The Assistant Restaurant Manager role will primarily be kitchen based and focused on the day to day operations and budget control of kitchen and venue operations Including: Assisting with the dhe day-to-day running of the business, from meeting venue FoH, BoH and CoGS Budgets and KPIs to the Greeting and Seating of Guests
Who is our ideal candidate?
The role will suit a head chef or kitchen manager experiened with running a kitchen and team who leads by example with a positive attitude. They would have proven experience with successful control of wage, cost of goods, staff turnover targets and building revenue or be willing to and interested in learning the operational and business side of running a business. They possess strong leadership qualities and gain respect through hard work and leading by example. They have great product and industry knowledge and are both firm and empathetic to their team.
