As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining standards. Requirements:

• Proven management experience as in a casual dining/quick service style venue.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for delivering customer service.
• Solid understanding of restaurant + food operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A creative and strategic mindset to drive innovation and growth.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Customer-first approach and team empowerment.
