Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll know you’re right for the role if you have all of the above and more:

• Substantial (3+ years) senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant business
• Excellent leadership capability inclusive of the natural ability to effectively communicate, motivate and organise
• Hands-on management and training style
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Proven capability to control costs and drive revenue
• A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to problem solve on your feet in a positive manner
• High attention to detail
• Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus

Role  

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate our dedicated staff to create memorable moments for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining impeccable restaurant standards and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage rostering, recruitment, and some stock management
• Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently
• Nurture and develop the potential of our team members
• Engage with the local community to make a positive impact beyond our walls
