Assistant Restaurant Manager - Rothwell

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, at our Rothwell Restaurant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management, shift leading, and leadership of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager.

You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. You will be coached and supported by your Restaurant Manager as you lead the team together.

Our Restaurant is open 7 days a week and this role requires availability between the hours of 5am - 12am, specific days and shifts for the Assistant Manager will be discussed.
