As an Assistant Restaurant Manager with GYG, you’ll play a key role in helping lead the restaurant, support the team, and drive great results every day.

You’ll be trusted to:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a team of 50-100 people, helping create a positive, high-performing culture.
• Take ownership of shift operations, ensuring smooth service, strong standards and great guest experiences.
• Support the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar business, contributing to sales growth, cost control and operational success.
