Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) - New Vehicles - Exciting Challenge

Grand Motors Toyota are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) for their New Car Department.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join a long-established Dealership in Southport.  

Automotive sales experience is a key requirement. You will have management skills and be able to follow set procedures. You will be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and goal orientated to achieve targets, and willing to exceed our customer’s expectations. 

Working with our Retail Sales Manager, you will become a role model to our sales team and assist with reaching KPI's each month.  You will have a high level of personal presentation, a friendly and co-operative personality, be adaptable and able to multi-task with ease. 

Ideal candidate will have the following:

• A current QLD Motor Vehicle Salesperson License
• QLD Driver’s licence (and ability to drive a manual vehicle)
• Experience with TUNE and DealerSocket preferred
