About you

You will be:

• a great communicator
• someone who often gets great sales results
• effectively manage front-end daily store operations ensuring counter operations run smoothly at all times
• Get involved in selling and managing in-store claims
• has experience mentoring, supporting or managing a small team of 5-10 staff
• passionate about the outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle
• be available to work a Thursday - Monday roster

The role

You will be responsible for:

• leading the team to meet and exceed KPIs
• manage rosters and attendance of staff
• driving sales results on the Sales Manager's RDOs
• managing day to day operations
• leading by example and getting out onto the showroom floor to sell
