Assistant Store Manager - Wetherill Park - Rewarding Work

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Wetherill Park store located in Stockland Wetherill Park.
• Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
• Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers 
• Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

What We Are Seeking:

• An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
• Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
• A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
• Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
• Basic computer literacy
