Assistant Supervisor

Full-Time Assistant Manager 

Seeking an Assistant Manager for a New Warehouse-Style 350+ PAX Venue in Frankston! 

Hotel Paradiso will soon open after an extensive build and we are filling positions within our core management team. 

The team is passionate about good food, wine and customer service. We make the effort to support local suppliers and producers and our venue is built with sustainability in mind.

The role:

• Collaborate with  a team of floor and bar staff in the delivery of warm and genuine hospitality
• Day to day service in our venue with the support of the Venue Manager 
• Building relationships with regular and local clientele
• Applicants must be available to work weekends
