Join our General Insurance Underwriting team as an Assistant Underwriter and play a key role across multiple lines of business. In this varied role, you’ll build broad underwriting knowledge while supporting brokers and customers, managing invoices, policies, endorsements, and cancellations.


 


 


Working closely with Underwriters and Service Consultants, you’ll help ensure service standards are met and coordinate timely, accurate responses for our stakeholders.

  • Experience in an insurance role will be ideal, with knowledge of insurance products and services.

  • Ability to respond promptly and effectively to client enquiries.

  • Proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
