The Role:

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the crew in this fast paced and fun environment.

We're looking for someone who is hardworking and confident who can ensure our guests always feel welcome with an exceptional experience on every visit.

Reporting to the Venue Manager and working alongside a team of passionate and hardworking co-workers, we'll provide the training and support required so you can learn, develop and have fun while doing it.

Applicants must have a current RSA and Approved Managers Card and 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry in a similar role.

Preferred Additional Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience working in bar/tavern venues
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Work with senior management on business performance, forecasting, P&L's
• Understanding of workplace health & safety
• Passion for driving the business forward with creative ideas and input for growth
