Associate

As an Associate at this private equity buyout firm, you will play a key role in supporting investment activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. You will assist with financial modeling, due diligence, market research, and industry analysis to assess potential investments.

Role responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of investment opportunities.
• Perform due diligence on potential investments, including market, financial, and operational assessments.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with value creation initiatives.
• Support senior team members in negotiations and deal structuring.
• Assist in identifying new investment opportunities through industry research and networking.

Role requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
