Associate / Senior Associate

Oceans has an opportunity to join our search practice in an Associate or Senior Associate role. This position will work closely with our Partners developing strategies to identify executives, understanding our clients' unique needs and working in a team to provide exceptional search outcomes. This role will be responsible for running detailed research and market mapping projects, attending client meetings, engaging and building relationships with candidates and assisting in the overall strategic search process. The individual will have an adaptable and flexible approach, working across a broad range of tasks. Oceans support development and growth; in this role the individual will have an opportunity to build industry and search expertise for further career opportunities across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Candidate searches and candidate engagement
• Candidate interviews
• CRM/ATS data management
• Market mapping and research
• Development of search strategies internationally
• Attend client meetings with Partners
• Communicate with clients regarding search processes
• Coordinate meetings and interview schedules
• Work as a team to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the executive search or recruitment sector
• Tertiary qualifications
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High work ethic with a focus on quality service. Take a people first approach.
• Strong ability to build relationships
• Detail orientated
• Desire to learn and develop
• Value add mindset with a team approach to business solutions
