We are the fastest growing Buyer’s Agency in Western Australia and we are looking for an Associate to support the Principal Buyer’s Agent.

We are rapidly expanding and are looking for someone to join our growing boutique Buyer’s Agency located in Perth.

Our goal is to deliver a holistic and proactive service to buyers, whether you are building your portfolio, taking that next investment step or finding your dream home.

We are across the inner suburbs of Perth and surrounding metropolitan suburbs.

You will be working directly with the Director and assisting with every aspect of the property purchasing process.

Your tasks:

• Sourcing properties for purchase – both on and off-market.
• Researching properties to identify suitable purchasing opportunities.
• Calendar management.
• Liaising with the property acquisition team.
• Contacting sales agents and 
  Liaising with the property buying team via our internal communication systems.
• Contacting sales agents, other key partners, local council, conveyancers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with agents.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.

Must Haves/Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with prior property experience. Whether it be someone who has built a property portfolio personally or someone who comes from a real estate background, such as property management, ex sales agent or Junior sales agent. The successful applicant should have the following qualities.

• A great attitude, an ability to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability on weekends.
• Reasonable competence with computers.
• Professional manner and dress code.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills.
• Love of property, investment and wealth creation.
• Be able to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Driver’s license and own car.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Enthusiastic approach to learn and to be taught.
• Proactive problem solving as opposed to reactive.
• Real Estate Licence
