The Role

We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join the QLD Permanent Recruitment team based out of Programmed’s Oxley branch. 

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, recruiting for a wide variety of job types.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates within the blue collar space
• Conducting and recording reference checks 
• Data entry and compliance duties 
• Effective database management
• Writing job adverts and advertising online 
• Engaging with existing and prospective clients for to assist with placements 
• Providing excellent consultancy and service to candidates & clients
• Investing the time to truly understand clients and candidates needs

Skills and experience

• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in recruitment – highly regarded but not essential
