Epworth Richmond is seeking an experienced and inspirational nursing leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Associate Director of Clinical Services (ADCS), full time.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this pivotal role is responsible for leading clinical nursing services, driving operational excellence, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. The ADCS plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences while supporting strategic growth and service development across Epworth Richmond.
