Our Valuation & Advisory Services team values commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, accommodation, and rural and agribusiness assets across Australia as well as specialised asset classes such as childcare, self-storage, data centres and service stations.

Our Brisbane CBD office team currently has several opportunities available for suitably qualified Valuers at Associate Director, Director or National Director level who specialise in Industrial, Office and Retail asset classes.


As a key member of Colliers' Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will provide detailed valuations and consultancy advice and will undertake a wide variety of tasks including the collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and the delivery of timely and accurate valuation reports.

In addition, you will:
  • Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Contribute analyses to the transaction database
  • Work collaboratively with other Colliers' divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
  • Support the Managing Director through achievement of your individual revenue budget and with our broader enterprise plan
  • Be a champion for risk management
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their career development
Qualifications : To be successful you will need to demonstrate;
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to build relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated keen to add value to the team
  • Tertiary qualification in property valuations field,
  • Membership of the API and a Registered Valuer
